The Fernandes catalog said the 4 screws plate was used for small head 57/62 type model. But this guitar has 4 screws type, also this plate is very similar with 74-77 made type FST. Maybe, early proto type or promotional guitar. The neck, frets and electric circuits are all fine. As 30 years old guitar, it is good condition. I personally like this type Fernandes Stratocaster. The revival series are very popular, but this type, we could get more reasonable price. Many professional guitarists use this guitar because of good tone.
