H.S. Anderson TE60 Telecaster Model
As you may know, H.S. Anderson brand was made by Mr. Hidesato Shiino. He
is currently Owner of Vestax corporation,
C.E.O of S. Shobey First Class Silk brand) and other corporations. You
could read about him from the history page.
I recently have an opportunity to meet with him. I have discussed with
him many matters, of course, including
the back story of JV guitar's history. Maybe, if I have a chance to describe
the story, I will put them on my JV history page.
This guitar was sold as proper price model of "Mad Cats".
The original "Mad Cat's" price was JYE 80,000. This guitar was
listed as JYE 60,000.
It seems that all hardware is same with Mad Cat. The body construction
is different.
Ash 2P body is 3.47Kg with 1P maple neck. The nut width is 41.6 mm.
The neck grip is pretty smooth. The shape of nut behind are bit different
from Original Fender Tele.
The sound is different from Fender. Specially Middle position (N+B) tone
is pretty good.
It is same with Mad Cat.
I have sent the pictures of this guitar for Mr. Shiino. He said this guitar is absolutely early time H.S. Anderson.
Well, I would not sell this guitar, just keep here with other my collection.
But, I put this guitar for JV fan.
