| Guyatone LG-750 This is a guitar of JV legend again. Guyatone made 2 units of TV model proto type. One guitar was for Rory, another one gone for Mr. Shigeru Narumo. Maybe you knew, Mr. Narumo was famous adviser for Greco/Fender Japan for a long time. He did also for Guyatone Amp. Guyatone sent the proto type TV for testing purpose. Anyhow, these 2 guitars were a bit different from this commercial guitar. Their TV had a stop tailpiece. This guitar has the bridge and tailpiece. Maybe, Guyatone was thinking about the intonation. The PUs are same as proto type. I'm not sure this is single or humbucker yet. The tone like LG-880 pretty much. So, probably, same construction PU??? Well, I would check it when I have enough time to have look. The neck, frets and electric circuits are proper condition. Good guitar! But, it is very heavy. If you like Rory, this is one of items, you should have it! |
