Tokai Precision Bass PB-45 1978-79 Made
This is conversion bass. Well, but both body and neck are same era (1978-79) Tokai made.
When I got this, the neck was complete bow and frets were refretted by
not professional (need to time to refret
for this case). So, I replaced the same era Tokai neck from my parts stock.
The tuning key was replaced too. The original tuner is 3 screw type. The replaced one is 4 screw type.
When, I assemble this bass, I have made the new screw holes (of course, old holes were fixed).
It is almost 30 years old bass. It is good tone.
The outlook is not really good condition. There are many scratches and dents.
I could say it is proper (so-so) condition even conversion bass.
The neck is straight and no twisting. The truss rod is adjustable.
The frets are proper condition. The neck shape is like C. The Nut width is approx. 42 mm
The Sen 3-4P body, probably, with 3.75Kg.
It seems that the electric circuits are original.
We are going to ship this bass with used Gig bag.
