Tokai Precision Bass PB-45 (or 42?) <Hard Puncher>
It is fair condition 1980+ made Tokai precision Bass Replica
The logo mark is 2nd generation.
When I got this bass, I found the neck setting is not really correct.
So, I just re-make the screw holes and correct the position. Now, it is
O.K for playing.
1P Maple with rose finger board. the truss rod is workable. The nut width
is 41.65 mm.
The frets are proper condition.
The body material should be Sen (Japanese Ash) 3p, it is pretty liht weight
(3.51Kg)
compare with other Tokai Hard Puncher bass. I just feel that this is original
Tokai body?
No idea...HOwever, it is very light wood, easy to handle and play.
The sound, it is PB tone, it has good heavy bottom tone.
The electric circuit and Pick Guard are not original, I think. Anyway,
good condition.
We are going to ship this bass with used Gigbag.
