Tokai Precision Bass PB-40 <Hard Puncher>
It is fair condition 1981+ Tokai made precision Bass Replica
The logo mark is the early time one. Partly logo mark were peeled off.
Just check the picture.
When I got this bass, the electric circuits were damaged.
The knobs are missing too. I have changed these to brand new replacements.
(Gotoh Pod, Switchcraft Jack and Orange drop capacitor)
The screws are changed to stainless made.
The neck is fine, 1P Maple finger board. The truss rod is workable.
The nut width is approx. 42 mm.
The frets are worn but still O.K. (not necessary to re-fret).
The body material should be Sen (Japanese Ash) 3p, it is 3.91Kg.
As Tokai PB, it is light weight body.
The sound, it is PB tone, it has good heavy bottom tone.
We are going to ship this bass with used Gigbag.
