| Fernandes Precision Bass Tokai Made This is probably 1978-1980 Tokai made Fernandes Precision bass. It should be FPB-50 from hard ware and body material. It looks very good bass. But there are several dents and scratches. Well, the picture of natural body could not show you those dents and scratches clearly. The neck is straight not twisting (2.5mm at 12F). The truss rod is adjustable. The nut width is approx 40.9 mm. The body is probably Sen (Japanese Ash) as Fernandes described on their catalog. It should be 3P with 4.7 Kg weight. The frets are proper condition (bit worn) The PU is Fernandes Original. I have replaced the tuner to brand new Gotoh. The knobs are relaced with brand new one. The nut was changed by previous user. We going to ship this bass with gig bag. This case is not Fernandes original. Well, enjoy JV bass ! |
