Guyatone Strat Neck + Fender Japan ST68 MIJ serial
This is just assembled for personal use.
I have a strong impression for Guyatone products.
In 1970's. Guyatone was one of leading guitar and amplifier manufacturer here.
They were established as a furniture manufacturer. In Japanese, Furniture company is
"KAGUYA". They made the Brand name as Guya...and later they said Guyatone.
They started the guitar manufacturing in 1960's. When I started to play
the guitar,
Guyatone became like amplifier manufacturer. Well, they still made several guitars.
But these were not popular except Rory Gallagher model.
Guyatone strat replica is not really good guitar. The body was made in Ply wood.
It is very poor tone guitar. (well, as collection, it should be different value guitars).
But I don't know why they use very good wood for neck with flamed maple...
I keep the very good condition Guyatone neck and assemble it to Fender Japan ST68 body.
Well, this is not sale guitar. My personal use only. But you could enjoy like this guitar.
