|Tokai Stratocaster Springy Sound ST-60 1979 Made
This guitar was made in 1979 ? Maybe so from serial number.
I have reassembled this guitar for inspection and checking.
The modeling was specified by "60" stamped at the finger board end.
The pick Up is E stamped original.
The body has many dents and scratches.
The weight of this guitar is 3.4Kg. The body material is SEN (Japanese Ash) 3P.
The neck is straight. The truss-rod is fine. The frets are not really worn,
I changed the parts a bit. The PU cover was changed from Black color to vintage color from other Tokai guitar.
When I got, it has black covers. The Knobs are missing too. I put 70's made other knobs.
The bridge assembling has been changed to Fender Japan A serial one.
The previous owner cracked the army bar in the inertia block. We could not take it off.
Also, it is very regret that the previous owner took off the logo mark.
Well, it is not 100% complete original guitar. However, all parts are 70's made.
(Fender Japan bridge is made in 1985-6)
I keep this guitar with better condition.
The guitar will be delivered with second hand soft case (not Tokai Original)
Well, please try the vintage Tokai !!!
